Hey man, just wanted to say thanks for maintaining this list! I’ve been experimenting with custom fonts on my Kindle over the last few months and your modified fonts look wonderful.

Man I love reading Gene Wolfe’s works. It’s so confusing but interesting at the same time. It really pushes you to re-read.

I understand that Big Brother Musk is now going through Americans' tax returns. Remember that IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH and FREEDOM IS SLAVERY.

Everybody should read Hyperion by Dan Simmons at least once.

Man, what a great book Nemesis Games is. Loving this new arc in the Expanse series so far.

I’m a quarter into Player of Games by Iain M. Banks and really enjoying the whole Culture setting.

Finished my book #50 of 2024 today and I’m glad it was Project Hail Mary. Really entertaining read.

That’s great. I watched the TV series first and it’s easily one of my favorites.

Having a rough time trying to settle on a web browser. I had been using Zen for a while and really like it but I'm not a fan of the fact it's an alpha right now. Lots of potential. Feels like I always go back to Edge for whatever reason.

That's great to read, I'm looking forward to the final trilogy as that part of the story is completely unknown to me having finishing the TV show a couple years ago. I also hope to start with either Red Rising or Sun Eater soon. Which of the 3 series would you say is your favorite?

SR @sergio-r.bsky.social · 12/11/2024

yes, it's been great so far and I like that each book has a different theme going. I have seen many people recommending Sun Eater and Red Rising series as good alternatives, have you read them?

Yes! I own the book that has all the novellas and I’ve been running them in between the main novels. Really like the additional context to the story they give.

Agreed! Jefferson Mays is a top narrator. I have the audiobook and ebook version in my Kindle. Once I finish the series I'll definitely relisten to them. I did like MoG, very different from The Expanse but I think it has decent potential... I guess we'll find out.

Just finished book #5 of The Expanse series last night. It's been great but I need to read some other stuff so I don't finish the whole series too soon. Plan to start reading "Diamond Dogs, Turquoise Days" to continue with the Revelation Space universe - almost done with that one! #BookSky 💙📚

I started committing 20 minutes/day this year and quickly got used to it. I’m now on my way to finish 50 books this year!
