I think it stems from always putting other people above me and their validation is the only thing that keeps me going, to an extremely unhealthy extent. I give others too much power over me and I don't really know how to pull away from that if I'm honest. Living for myself seems otherworldly 😖

I'm tired of my mental health being reliant on how other people in my life act. It sucks a lot for me and I don't and can't blame others for not engaging with me. I wish I could rely on myself for stability and be more self reliant in general, but there are just so many barriers that stop me.
