Had some thoughts of Wynter's character today, nothing is solid yet ✨ With this, it gives that short comic I made a new perspective (linked in thread) #CelestineOCs #LuminanceArchives #OCSky #Doodle

Wynter's formal dress, themed of a cloudy night sky.

Solplume Festival:
*Wynter and Rozan dance together.*

Wynter: Soooo, have you made any moves with Miss Solar Knight?
Rozan: It's not like that, I haven't learned much about her yet. ...Are you, still angry about it?
Wynter: At you? Pfft...No, it's...At myself. A thought has plagued me since, was there something more I could've done? Then I realized, after looking at you and her.
Rozan: Huh?
Wynter: Huh? ...Hehe, you'll probably figure it out for yourself.
Rozan: Hehe alright, keep your secrets.
Wynter: I am a master of visual storytelling after all! UwU ✨️

Wynter: That's your cue! ...*Hugs,* I wish you happiness.
Rozan: *Hugs back,* You too. *Heads to Vivian's direction.*
Wynter: (Don't you see your loneliness? Or has that mask fooled you too...? Regardless, good luck! I will be you two's biggest fan! :P)

Short Comic | Inspiration ✨🌙 As artists, we have heightened ability to see beauty with small things & Yes that's Vivian and Rozan in the sketch #Comic #OCSky #LuminanceArchives

First two panels show Wynter giggling to herself, while sketching Vivian and Rozan kissing.

Third panel is someone behind Wynter, "Hey! You have a deadline coming up, and give them privacy"!

Fourth panel is Wynter being dragged away from the person, in response she says, "But that bond is beautiful! There's more detail behind the kiss, you don't see that every day"!

#LuminanceArchives #CelestineOCs Ronan isn't a perfect dad of course, but I believe he's a good one for Elina & Rozan. He let them choose their own paths.

Ronan: Listen closely, the world is...complicated. There's no true correct method to navigate the rubble. Promise me you'll never become the cause of rubble.
Instead, listen to people's stories, and be there for them. In time, you may inspire others to do the same.

There's already a post of the response in the OG post's quotes, but I wanted to give a dark mode version. (´꒳`) The "It's not our intention" response:

First message (A Pocky): I'm open to hearing your thoughts, we partnered with the organization behind the contest because (frankly) advertising revenue is important to keeping Artfol running,

I am aware of the contest's connection to Scientology and looked into it before we agreed to the partnership. From what I found, the contest itself does appear to provide genuine opportunities and visibility for artists, and I didn't find evidence that participating in the contest itself was a recruitment effort for Scientology.

That said, I completely understand why people are uncomfortable with the association, and I don't want to dismiss those concerns. We may have missed the mark here, and we'll definitely take another look at the partnership.

Second message (A Pocky): I understand, and I don't blame you for feeling that way. I want to be transparent that we were aware of the connection, but we clearly didn't understand the wider concerns to the same depth as they've been presented here and can completely understand why that doesn't make people comfortable with the decision.

We genuinely didn't intend to associate Artfol or our community with Scientology, but I understand that accepting the sponsorship still creates that association regardless of our intent. Given the feedback received, once the current deal ends, we will not be renewing the partnership.

Last post I'll make on this issue: I got tired of some users already dismissing and downplaying this issue as "drama", so I made a response in the Artfol Discord. Context of the contradicting response will be in thread.

Fellow users, we would appreciate it when this issue isn't treated as "drama".
This is a real / serious issue, and a dangerous mistake regardless of intentions. It's not something we should easily dismiss and forget / forgive.

While I personally still don't forgive your contradicting "it's not our intention" response,
I sincerely hope you'll be able to get out of the partnership unscathed. And I hope you take time to reflect on your actions, that haphazardly accepting money will lead to more damage on your platform.

& I hope you don't get any threats on your well-being, whether it's from the userbase or possibly the Scientology members.
Despite all this, you absolutely don't deserve to be thrown into a pit.

Moving platforms isn't easy, so I also don't blame anyone staying either.
But please keep this in mind, and don't let this userbase become toxic positivity, by continuing fair accountability.
