![[ Start ID : A meme image featuring a still sprite of Reverse 1999's game character, Sotheby, conveying the following message through a speech bubble : "Fax my brother! Spit your shit indeed!". The Original Poster of the comment used this meme image, disregarding the character and video game she's from, as a comedic reaction image. ] /end ID](https://cdn.bsky.app/img/feed_thumbnail/plain/did:plc:ojgg7sq6bg35wqaezwd2lghv/bafkreigjqvadhkd7mxqqntegba2aclbzlasyhup4a55knpiy5obbdmyfpu)

It reads as follows : "Not only does Miyazaki himself absolutely despise it, rightfully so, let's not forget how the use of this slop filter completely reduces his works to mere "cozy chill vibes", like have any of y'all "Ghibli Enthusiasts" actually sat down for more than two seconds and watched any of his other works that isn't just Spirited Away?" ]](https://cdn.bsky.app/img/feed_thumbnail/plain/did:plc:ojgg7sq6bg35wqaezwd2lghv/bafkreia3lwcxstnswwzrafpnrcm7qnwew4vxsmo4sqdef4q7rpfeeq5ybi)
![[ Start ID : Second screenshot of the comment poster's Instagram story. It reads as follows : "Sure, there are certain scenes in certain movies that can give a feeling of cozy comfort, but that's merely a tiny sardine in an ocean of deep, reflective and thought-provoking messages as the heart of all of them. Miyazaki was very much an anti-war activist, which can be seen in even his "popular works like Howl's Moving Castle or Princess Mononoke." ] /end ID](https://cdn.bsky.app/img/feed_thumbnail/plain/did:plc:ojgg7sq6bg35wqaezwd2lghv/bafkreihy6tzh5c3sfhjcnmqc7q5cwgds2dru6isshjn2km7irpaxhp2svi)
![[ Start ID : Third and final screenshot of the comment poster's Instagram story. It reads as follows : "Like for fuck's sake have some bare respect for the guy if you're gonna go around and promote yourself as a " huge fan of his works", Princess Mononoke is literally about environmental degradation and destruction yet here you are using generative ai that creates more amounts of CO2 emissions than a daily Fourth of July. So much for "cozy chill vibes" I guess. ] /end ID](https://cdn.bsky.app/img/feed_thumbnail/plain/did:plc:ojgg7sq6bg35wqaezwd2lghv/bafkreif6tiumaqy7okrbfgsuto5htmfkcza2rjlte232g3lh52gzld7tz4)

![[ Start ID : A digital drawing of artist "Serashrimp's" original dragon character ; "Emmanuel". He is portrayed against a dull gray background, a canvas-like texture overlayed over the whole art piece. He is drawn bust-up, his head looking to the left.
