I have had about 40 or so people in the past few years beg me to try weed for pain. It gets annoying. Like because I am 27, I am sure I would have tried it by now for pain. There was one medication that made me black out rage often (how I broke my drawing hand…), and another gave me a seizure. 🥲

The meds that worked for her also work on me. My doctor thinks the nerve damage happening so easily to me in multiple places might have something to do with genetics. Because my mom had many different surgeries and issues. She also was numb and in pain in different places after healing.

I feel that. It made my mother have severe an anxiety for some reason. So she avoided it. She also struggled with chronic pain from an injury at a job where she had to lift stuff. It messed up her knee enough she barely could walk up until she died.

Folks mostly wanted me to try it to not be taking two narcotics (one being an opiate). Sadly doctors have tried everything. Hell they wouldn’t give me any meds until I was 18. So I had to drop out of school and have years of non functioning lifestyle. It honestly was a nightmare.
