Gutted to hear about bioware, the mass effect games meant so much to me growing up Can't wrap my head around the decision to lay off veteran developers that shaped the franchise to begin with. Once again hard working devs are losing their livelihoods while overpaid execs face no consequences

I've railed on "stop outsourcing your whole audio process" because teams do not keep any knowledge or skills for the future, that they can use in prototypes or build upon with people who actually know what they're doing. Even managing outsourcers needs some discipline knowledge.
