I was thinking of watching the first one & then the next two. Is it a harder watch than the Walking Dead, it wasn’t really scary, just the few jump scares, like The last of us. I don’t want to be absolutely terrified though 😄

taking the Eltroxin cos it can affect the absorption of the tablet. Am also on HP meds here.

The thyroid is the workhorse of the body, issues with this + add perimenopause is a nightmare. Taking the eltroxin 15/20 minutes before breakfast has made a huge difference with me, it must be taken on an empty stomach, no one told me any of this & also don’t drink tea or coffee within 30mins of

Low thyroid hormone will cause that also, it takes 6 weeks to see any improvement from the meds, you are on quite a low dose. I have gone from having an over active thyroid to an under active one, speaking from experience, listen to your body & just because your bloods may say you are within…

Ah that’s not soooo bad, our lady reached 9kg, but don’t let it get as bad as that. Coco was put on a strict diet & lost the excess weight, but unfortunately has become diabetic & now has issues with her hind legs.
