So... if anyone wants to commission me for a book cover, I feel ready 🫶🏻✨️

Mixed media artwork of two dragons. One is in a humanoid form. The other in his dragon form. They are on a stone in a cave, surrounded by water.

I just moved to Germany and I'm currently unemployed 😂 if you want to support me, my Mail Club is open again. 🫶🏻💌 ko-fi.com/sentimental_...

An artwork of two dragons from two different cultures. One inspired by my upbringing in Europe, the other by my life in Asia. I like to imagine both of them falling in love and maybe they have dragon bbys 🫶🏻

So, ProCreate tip: If you're trying to reference colours from an image then you need to add your reference into your canvas, not just in the reference window. If you colour pick from the window then the colours won't be as true as if you pick from the canvas. (OC: @sentimental-moon.bsky.social )

Screenshot of the ProCreate app. On the left half of the app is a reference image of sentimental.moon's merm OC. On the right is my interpretation of the character. On the canvas I am drawing on, there is a small version of the reference image. The drawings are largely pale pink and purple.

I want to do nook character art commissions, but I feel like most authors who commission character art go for a distinct art style that is very different from mine 😂

That cool artist you admire is probably struggling real hard right now and trying to make it seem like things aren't as bad as they are. You should give them some love.

A lot of people seem to misinterpret my art to be of cute girls. Idk how to break this to you, but it's mostly me drawing either genderless creatures or cute boys... 💁🏻‍♀️ On that note, I posted my oc mothy in lace on patr eon earlier today, enjoy. #queerart #illustration #oc #ocart
