I would love it if we could combine Medicaid, Medicare, and VA, and add a tiered tax based on income that everyone pays fairly, meaning the rich pay their fair share, and a tiered corporate tax based on payroll, and use it for no deduction universal insurance plan that pays enough to medical pros.
