1 lb 93/7 ground beef
1½ cups low-fat cottage cheese
½ cup salsa
1/3 cup queso
1½ cups tomato, onion, and pepper mix
1 tsp taco seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste cilantro, lime juice
