Update: she's okay, I'm still extremely stressed out. She was discharged from the ER but needs to have some pretty extensive testing done. They're moving up her 6 month MRI (originally October), and they want to do a CT scan and an EEG asap. She also will need to see her neurosurgeon asap

No stream tonight. A plane crashed near my home and I'm working on gathering supplies to donate to families affected today and potentially the rest of this week. I'll be offering support and helping out where I can with donation pick ups and drop offs, volunteer work, and helping supply meals.

Finally, I'm getting to a point where I'm slowly beginning to feel a bit more confident in my body. As of today, I've officially hit 40 lbs lost. I've completely reversed my pre-diabetes, my blood pressure is under control without meds, and my overall labs are looking much better.
