I just checked out Spotify 20 and it was... underwhelming. I mean they provide more meaningful and varied statistics. This is just bland.

I'm all for AI coding assistance and even vibecoding to a point. But letting non-technical people push code to production? No, not yet.

Writing and reviewing code on a single, relatively smaller screen generally turns out better results. I’d recommend this against a multiple large screen setup that increases your cognitive load.

I'll do something different this time. Here we go: 📽️ 🍿 I started the year with Ricky Gervais' Mortality show. Even though it was not as good as the previous ones like Armageddon and Supernature, it was still fun to watch. My score? 7 out of 10. 🔽

Giving feedback online is tiring. If you are not going to engage in a conversation, why are you asking for feedback on your project? Why bother? I don’t get it.

📽️ 🍿 Even though many people recommended it, I wasn't expecting The Lego Movie to turn out this much fun! I was surprised but a welcome one. + It's filled with many tiny details, giving you several reasons to rewatch. 7+ out of 10. SPACESHIP!

📺 📽️ I didn't realize this season was final. I'm more than glad that they were able to wrap up the story in a world of unfinished series. My thoughts: Give Upload a chance and give it some time to unravel its story. Got more to it than "comedy". Definitely worth it. A solid 8 out of 10.

📽️ 🎬 I should really consider watching ‘Her’ again. I wasn’t that impressed back then, but after seeing a video about it got me thinking. Looking back, it probably hit a little too close to home. Especially with how some people use LLMs(or AI) today. I should give it another shot with that in mind.

I like mission/quest systems, but you really need to strike the right balance. Giving players another reason to play is one thing — making them feel like they’re chasing a carrot is another. #gamedev

📺 📽️ 📚 Before jumping into season 4 of Upload, I want to share some thoughts on another series — Wheel of Time. I heard about the cancellation while I was halfway into season 3. The frustrating part is, I thought season 2 was when the show started finding its own voice and actually building on it.🔽

I still think about the mission generator I wrote for our unreleased game. The code was simple — just like the game itself — but it covered every ground possible. Sadly, the game never saw the light of day, so that little piece of code just sits there, waiting for its chance to shine. #gamedev

We’ve traded control of our lives for convenience, handing it to a handful of people. That balance needs to shift. First, decentralize devices and software where we can. Second, take them offline. The future shouldn’t be “always online” — it should be “online when we want it.”

Years ago, I was against blocking or silencing people on my social media. Everyone should be free to share their opinions and I still believe that. What’s changed is the flood of manipulative accounts farming clicks and stirring rage. That's unbearable. What I do now? I block them straight away.

📽️ The King’s Man turned out to be a solid prequel to the Kingsman series. I’m not sure where the franchise should go from here — or if it even needs to — but if you enjoy the series, this entry is worth a watch. Personally, I found it to be better than The Golden Circle. Rating: 6/10

📽️ Happy Gilmore has what I enjoy about pre-2000s comedies: absurd, illogical, and unapologetically focused on giving you a good time. It’s not “peak cinema” or an all-time classic for me, but it was fun enough that I’ll probably watch the second one too. And honestly, I like that. Rating: 6/10

📺 📽️ Running Point is an easy-to-watch show that doesn’t ask much from the viewer. It’s made up of 30-minute episodes — perfect for winding down after a long day without much effort. The pacing is well done, so it goes by smoothly. 🔽

There are certain topics you know something's off about, but social pressure keeps you from saying anything. So you hold back, tiptoe around the consensus, wait it out... and eventually, you’re proven right. That feeling...
