I don't have the original "blue" they used, but I get something quite close by doing the following. A blast layer (the white core) A Glow layer (The blue glow, a layer with a vivid light blend set to 80%) A blast Outline layer (the white core, with a black stroke outline effect) +

So I just found out its #Bustyboy day today! In light of that I thought I should post one of my pics :) So here's an older pic of me and my awesome friend @dandy-dandi.bsky.social having a cuddle on the couch. I think they're looking super relaxed to me! Art by @rifthebit.bsky.social

So! I've not been streaming lately, but I finally got some house work finished, got my workshop back and got to paint some of the pieces that came with Dune: Uprising. Which is a board game I've been playing lately :)

Game pieces from Dune: Uprising that have been painted to look more like the Sand Worms they represent :)

So I got one of those interesting little "book nook" things. I'm surprised by how small it is! I also think I'll put some of my model making skills to work and improve on a few things to make it a bit better then just gluing paper to laser cut MDF.

Gonna start posting this comic I worked on 6 years ago :) At the time we did a crowdfunding thing for it but never drummed up enough support, but I'd like to just put it out there for people to see. So if you see it, and like it, share it or just say something :) #comic #indie #indiecomic

The page is comprised of documents of government files (with an EYES ONLY) blurb, newspaper clippings, and photos. The clipping in the foreground reads:

EXECUTIONER STRIKES AGAIN! The Executioner, at large for more than ninety years, has struck again. The victim, Benjamin Tyme alias The Watchmaker, was found dead in his high rise apartment at nine-thirty A.M. by his live-in partner, Elliot Garver, also known as Mainspring. How this deed was accomplished remains unknown as police have not released the particulars beyond that Tyme, age 22, appears to have died from complications brought on by extreme old age.

Further mystery surrounds the death as Garver has turned state’s evidence, offering into testimony terrifying reports of Tyme who

Really nice stuff :) I've been working on a 3D printing project of my own (after previously getting a statue made) I hope you don't mind me sharing. As you can see in the picture, the small black marks are all remains of where the guy doing it printed it upside down and then tearing them out.

A photograph of a resin statue of my character bimbear that is partly assembled. It shows a number of black dots and other marks where poor positioning of the figure left damage.

So, prior to doing the whole #vtuber stuff I spent some time trying to do manager stuff for some art friends. And this is basically what my experience told me, artists don't need to be "made" to work... they need to be made to eat and sleep!

The expectation of what it's like managing an artist vs the reality of managing an artist.

Panel 1 is my bear character whipping the poor bunny rifthebit to do more work.

Panel 2 is my bear character looking very concerned as rifthebit works himself to death.

Well in the film's case it wasn't one shot. It was egregious to the point of comedy. Like the attached image. That scene was shot that way, not because the director wanted it that, or because the story writer wanted to do it, but because it was forced from on high by someone in a board room.
