This quirk of rigging the jaw and mouth separately has been driving me nuts for years, and I figured out a way to harness blend-shape limits to reduce it Art by @rabidhound.bsky.social #vtuber #live2d #live2dWIP

a drawing of Rabid from the hips up posed looking over at their hand holding a flame wisp demon by the flame with their middle two fingers and thumb while the other arm is resting near their neck with an earring made with teeth dangling off it. Rabid has their hair half tied up in a bun with hair pins that are shaped to look like specimen pins with a demonic grub and an eyeball on two of the pins. The rest of their hair is long to their hips with the sides shaved except for pieces of their hair as side burns and straight across choppy bangs. Their horns illuminate like red hot coals with a barbed demon tail behind them. Their outfit consists of a sleeveless shirt with a sheer middle panel, wrappings on their forearms and hands, shorts and a sheer overlay skirt over top with a rope belt that has a pouch, a bottle with the same demonic grub in it and a lantern with another flame wisp demon inside. They are against a dark maroon red rectangle that has a blotchy pattern on it.

a showcase for a Vtuber model of a silver and teal haired fox woman with a black and purple color variant.
She is wearing a cropped teal jacket with one sleeve, a dark purple tight crop top with neon straps, dark purple shorts with a pink garter belt on the left side holding up a stocking and thigh high pleather boots with teal laces.
The last two full body PNGs of the model are a tail holding toggle and her holding a little silver and pink fox mascot.
On the upper row of faces show an angry emotion, upset emotion, crying emotion and blushing heart eyes for toggles.
Under those shows a pony tail, short hair toggles and finger heart toggle and a game controller toggle.
The small preview of a fox themed gas mask next to a toggle of the character holding out a collar and leash.

A showcase of a Vtuber model of a witch character with a green and orangish yellow color palette
On the left she is wearing a big witch hat that looks like a giant lily pad with a trim on the hat that looks like a toothy mouth and two buttons for eyes with a lily pad flower on the tip of the witch hat. She has long green to orange gradient hair and is wearing a cropped long sleeve jacket, her chest is wrapped, baggy strappy pants and chunky green boots.
On the right she has short hair with the same hair gradient but is now wearing an off the shoulder dress with a belt across her waist, the dress has a pattern of mushrooms with a frog and a drippy background and there is a trim of yellow frills at the bottom. She is wearing dark pantyhose with the same chunky green boots.

RE: VShojo (character limit screenshot)

I really hope this is the straw that breaks the camel's back with regards to worshipping corporations.

The amount of people I see who make it their life's goal to be a part of some of these soul-sucking operations is so depressing, we need to have more value in ourselves as individuals and creators.

My heart goes out to everyone who was taken advantage of and strung along all these years.

this is getting a bit of traction for some reason 😳 Hi my name is Rabid and I'm a nonbinary queer artist and VTuber! I like to draw lil silly doodles and rendered pieces! especially if I get to draw monsters and demons😈

a doodle of Rabid looking tired with messy hair (a demon vtuber with glowing pointy horns) wearing an oversized sweatshirt and slippers with mushrooms on them

a reference sheet of a demon jester chracter. They have red hair with a white and black streak in the bangs, their hair is half short and half long with the long pieces braded into two braids. They are wearing a jester hat with red and white diamonds and white puff balls on the ends, a jester collar and a one piece body suit with a cut out mesh window on the torso and back with puffy jester-like shorts. They have red goat legs that match the hair color and a long demon tail with a pointed end stabbing a heart on the tip.

a drawing of a goat demon character wearing bunny ears and a one piece bodysuit sitting on the ground in a seductive pose with a pink glowing background effecting the lighting. They have magenta curved goat horns, long black and white hair and a black gradient on their face, neck, fingers and legs.

an icon drawing of a demon character that looks like the face is a mask. the character has curved ram horns that curve behind and around the pointed ears. They have 3 eyes with the 3rd eye being on the forehead, pointed teeth in a big smile with a long glowing green tongue coming out.

It's giving the "gay toilet" vibes honestly. It's especially silly because it's a misuse of the term 'bottom' 90% of the time, like if these folk understood what they were saying they'd feel so stupid.

On repeat listens, I see what you're getting at here. I think I was impressed enough with it sonically that I wasn't really bent out of shape about the structure too much, but I could definitely see tossing one of the 3 back-to-back ballads to extend some of the continuum songs (except The Flood)

As a Live2D artist who feels exceptionally guilty when someone who comissions me finds that they can't/don't really want to stream after they get the model, I'm stoked that people are making relatively inexpensive customizable models. It's a much better starting point for people to dip their feet in
