Morse vorse equence. more descriptive story stuff in the alt text boxes 🫣

a skinny fox, bird, and an alpaca all dressed in uniform stand in front of Morse, a large hairy wolf-man wearing a suit that barely contains his gut. he rubs it as it growls and, though his eyes are shadowed by the brim of his hat, he seems to be eyeing up the trio and drooling. their calmness identifies them as new here — if they were trained, they would know that under Morse’s employ the term “fresh meat” often takes on a more literal meaning. Morse knows how easy the inexperienced go down.

Morse, noticeably larger than in the last frame and holding three now-unused caps, picks at his mouth with a claw while his belly BLURBLLs down three people’s worth of meat. the bottom of his gut hangs out from underneath his pink button up and the jungle of belly hair splays out in all directions. In front of Morse, a crocodile man gives a lecture to a dog, who seems more interested in the belly looming behind his superior. Morse is still drooling. the tradeoff for young and inexperienced prey in that they tend to be on the leaner side. maybe someone higher up in the ranks will sate him…

Morse, gut still squirming with the futile escape efforts of his last two prey, looks much larger and more disheveled. his uniform barely fits him now, and his shirt is only holding on by two buttons. a hyena with a full belly has been scooped up and pinned against Morse’s side by his heavy arm. Morse is reaching over to lay his other paw on a panther’s shoulder, currently in the middle of his own meal. the panther, with one swallow left until his prey is locked away, has been rendered rigid with fear as he hears a belch so forceful it knocks his cap off escape the throat of the man behind him.

Morse likes to “test the survival instincts” of other nearby predators. unfortunately, this is a test nobody has ever passed. it’s an important lesson to learn that just because you’ve eaten someone doesn’t make you the top of the food chain, but it’s the kind of lesson you can only really learn once...
