After everyone had finished, I’ll top off a round of drinks a before starting the process of resetting the kitchen back to normal. Packing leftovers, doing dishes (I usually do three rounds of dishes throughout the day) taking out the trash, and wiping every surface down.

My day starts at 6am, baking pies. I then move to making breakfast for my wife and I. I begin preparing everything I’ll need to pull off a large meal based on timing. Cornbread dressing, green beans with shallots, bacon, shaved almonds, cranberry sauce, turkey, mash, etc..
