Edited version of the "Charlie Brown had hoes" tweet: people on here will tweet anything. "Juan Soto is a bad clutch hitter." No he isn't. That isn't true.

i just watched the broadcast back and i was right, but the dugout didn't raise a fuss about it at the time and literally nobody in the stadium seemed to react so i thought i was losing it. thankfully gameday has been updated retroactively to accurately reflect events

3. LINGUISTICS BELONGS AT SABR.
Well, really, any academic discipline can be applied to baseball, so linguistics is far from the only one that belongs at SABR but that we rarely see. But Lindsay Dial [text cuts off]Guy reclining on a couch, pointing at himself with an expression of disbelief on his face.

incredibly weak and ill-defended excuse especially when you consider that Palestine's national team has been devastated over the last few years.
Tweet from Robert Stock on 11/30/25, in response to a quoted tweet saying "How can you be so smart about baseball but decide to play for Israel": "As an American, I'm able to vehemently disagree with my government on a daily basis and still want to participate in American sports. I can extend the same rational [sic] to Team Israel in the WBC."

Baseball Reference table of Tarik Skubal's postseason pitching appearances. For the past two years (his only postseason berths), he has started in the deciding 5th game of the ALDS, which his team lost - 10/12/2024 (where he was the losing pitcher of record after getting fucking hosed) and 10/10/2025.

you don't say
PyCharm debugger text: 40. Jordan Walker, 3B, Decatur (HS)
Walker, armed with a Duke commitment, is viewed as a tougher sign than his peers. If he signals to teams he's turning pro, he should be the top prep corner infielder off the board. Walker is listed at 6-foot-5, which would tie him with Kris Bryant for the tallest third baseman in the majors. Predictably, one of his top selling points is his power potential. Even [text cuts off]
