LRT is actually very true, its hard to remember sometimes that art is really just a hobby for most people. I still think seeking improvement is extremely important-- but for myself mainly. thats not always the case for others. I just like to learn/grow and thats fine. it's not a race, either.

Weening off my meds has given me hellish shakes and my anxiety is ass still 🙃 I been weening bc the heat intolerance has been bad, but I think I should just stay on a low dose...or is it anxiety from social media existence. Idk.! I'm handling it better at least, I just worry when I return to work.
