I suspect it was the latest Dean/Cas fic when it last scraped (or whatever the word is), much as I love the idea of Alexa carrying out fic assessments and picking favourites to recommend every day!

Just so you’re aware, every library in LA is offering free masks right now due to the fires. Another reason to love libraries! Let’s hope they continue after the fires are over. Masks save lives in many ways.

Somehow I have a cat who is all of these at the same time.

Danny, a black cat with green eyes is outside sitting upright and looking off to one side. He appears to be looking for trouble is also clearly a sweet little cat who would never cause any trouble.

Danny, the same black cat with green eyes is lying down with his head up and facing the camera. His ears are slightly lowered and his eyes are narrowed and his has 2 catnip toys in front of him with his paw extended over one and the claws just starting to come out. He will viciously defend this toys to the death but also wants you to play with him and definitely get some treats and have a bit of a cuddle after.

I had cat mint in a pot outside, my cat ate it all! Grew one inside and started offering it to him as a treat, no longer interested. Supreme catting!

I now buy them for the neighbour’s cat as well although then my cats steal them when we visit. Basically I have become the neighbourhood nip dealer. 😱

So many of these bananas have met their end here, with their guts carelessly spilled across the floor. We now get the rainbows because they don’t look quite so bad as they are kicked and licked to their doom.

Murray, a fluffy black cat with big fluffy white paws and black toe beans. He is lying on his side on a sofa and partially falling between the sofa cushions. He has a rainbow shaped catnip toy pinned under his front paw and his back paws are doing their best to disembowel it. It is not his house and this is not his toy and he does not care because all in his kingdom (the neighbourhood) is his by divine right.

Shit, shit, shit! Spotted this was in London, was curious about the price because cons always seems so expensive & sell out so fast. 5 mins later I appear to have bought weekend tickets for my very first convention! 😱 So if anyone else is doing this UK con I’ll be the one wandering around confused!

Murray also has very fine, long hair & I use a child’s head lice comb (one with a handle so it brushes around his curves easier). So much money on cat brushes & it’s the £2 nit comb that works. 🤦‍♀️

010

SeasideSJ @seasidesj.bsky.social · 28/12/2024

Have also tried multiple brushes here & the winner has been a small comb designed for headline. There are 2 sizes and Murray prefers the larger (long fine hair) while Dan prefers the tiny one (short dense fur). Have also got a cat shaped tangle teaser style brush that cat next door loves. 🤷‍♀️🤣

Royal wedding of Andrew and Sarah Ferguson - I remember watching this at school & the TV being a Ferguson brand which I thought was hilarious. Also 1984 olympics (vaguely) & then fall of Berlin Wall is a vivid memory.

Apologies for lack of cookies, please accept fluffy cat belly until someone can source sugar for you ❤️

A fluffy black cat with white paws and long white whiskers is lying on his back in the lap of a relaxed human. His back feet are resting on the human’s stomach and his back b legs are flopped apart so that a tempting fluffy belly is accessible for strokes or possibly a trap, no way to know until you touch the floof. He is so incredibly relaxed that his picture needs to be in the dictionary against relaxation. Just having him in your lap in this position forces relaxation upon you and hopefully you get a piece of this feeling transferred to you via this photo.

oh yay we can post our Endings zine pieces 💙💚 *hands u my vision of the ideal destiel fix-it* 🥹 🫴

Destiel comic. Top left panel depicts a longer haired Dean wearing firefighter getup, leaning against a doorframe with a happy, peaceful look on his face while watching a now-human Castiel taking care of his little backyard garden. There is a trellis and potted plants all over the background, and a small round panel shows the moment Cas notices Dean standing there watching him. The final panel shows Cas, gardening gloves and apron and all, grabbing Dean by the outfit's suspenders and kissing him senseless (ha).
PS. Dean is waring a silver band on his left ring finger wink wink nudge nudge

So glad it’s not just me. Sometimes the ad has the very tiny i symbol in bottom left corner and I always click it and choose “this advert made me feel bad” but really want to be able to just block particular game adverts, can’t imagine how triggering they can be for someone who’s lived through it.

It’s Misha’s fault that my cat still hasn’t forgiven me for these GISH related outfits! #cats #GISH

Murray, a very fluffy black cat with white paws and whiskers is sitting upright on a table in front of a tv screen. The cat is wearing a green Hawaiian shirt with pink flowers and is looking at the camera with a disgruntled expression. Behind him the tv screen is showing an episode of tv series Firefly as this was my attempt to dress Murray as character Wash who wore Hawaiian shirts for an item in a GISH scavenger hunt. Murray was not impressed with my explanation for the costume but tolerated it because treats were offered and he thought he looked pretty cool.

Murray, the same fluffy black cat with white paws and whiskers. In this picture he is wearing a bumblebee outfit which is a yellow and black onesie with small wings on the back and a hood with antenna. He tolerated the onesie as it was for charity but felt the hood was a bit much as he has perfectly fine ears and does not need fake antenna. He is pictured sitting by the back door because he has had enough and requires the human to remove the outfit asap and provide plentiful treats or he’s going to go find someone who doesn’t make him dress up for charity. Whoever this Misha person is, Murray would like a word with him…
