We had a high school kid on the hill up from our back yard who would through raucous parties when his parents were away. I can't believe his neighbors didn't call the cops, but WE did. Later found out he grew up to be a rapist and unconvicted murderer and he's in jail now lol. Parents moved out.

The Mage Breaker trilogy concludes with Mage Breaker: Reckoning. #Booksky

Ellyne and Nicole are fugitives being hunted by both the Ilserate and the Golgolonar. They've fled the city with assistance of their new, and unexpected, allies, the Kithrak, but are uncertain what their next steps should be.

When Ellyne begins having luminous dreams, she realizes the answers they seek are contained within these visions, and she can now see a way forward. A way to repair magic and free everyone. The path they seek is still hazy and it won't be easy to traverse, but a voice in her head repeats one word, "unity" and she concludes there is only one way out--they must return the Teranyne to its original location.

Their journey takes them far from Karnascus and shows them new proof of how dysfunctional magic has become and the toll it has taken.

Ellyne begins to realize their quest is much more complex than she first believed.
