Yes. My theory of the moment is Miller/Vance thought their view that immigrants threaten social solidarity would be widely shared. But ICE raids are driving native-born Americans to show solidarity with immigrants quite courageously. Now Miller is trying to disrupt that alliance with state violence.

Hitler, Goebbels, Mussolini, and the gang were much better at this fascism shit. They had a better understanding of people, better understanding of international politics. Hitler actually fought in a war and did ground-up political organizing...and wrote his own book. They had more popular support.

Yeah, maybe the MN national guard is captured by fascists as well? Hard to judge his decision without knowing why he is making it. ...but you'd think the guard is diverse and local enough that they'd be less inclined to atrocities than ICE.

Trump’s ICE thugs tear-gassed a Minneapolis neighborhood in the middle of the night and flash-banged a 6-month-old baby. ICE initially told a family trying to flee the gas that they could leave, then flash-banged their vehicle anyway. Their baby stopped breathing and was taken by EMTs. #GoodvsEvil

I think it is possible that the fight for things to get better has started. The Minnesota NBA team had a game the day after the Good murder. They had a moment of silence for her (a "terrorist"), which ended with yells of "ICE out" and "Fuck ICE". NBA games are pretty normie and mainstream.
