There’s a long list of papers demonstrating not only the myth of ‘offsetting’ but also how monitoring approved by the regulator (conducted by the proponent) is almost never sufficient to determine if endpoints have been reached. And no consequences when they aren’t….

Ojo, que en muchos casos es un tema de normativa obsoleta. En CLM tampoco salen explícitamente los centros de datos en ninguno de los listados de proyectos a evaluar. En el caso de Vianos, hemos tenido que argumentarlo por la central tèrmica asociada. Pero bien podría haber pasado de rositas.
