Beautiful first sunset I've seen, from my new home. When I moved in June,the sun was still high and hot. With fall almost here, evenings are mellow. Never saw a sunset at my old home, trees blocked it. ☀️

I agree, it was a bit of a shock when they piled in so much rock, reminds me of Chelsea in Phoenix AZ, no real lawns there. Lawns are pretty, but take up too much water to keep green!

I know! First time in 38 years living here we had like No winter. Now with the super El Niño, predicting lower snow here , wetter in the south, ugh !! The monsoons in Phoenix are insane too, major flooding. Closed the airport twice!

Thanks, the inside is super upscale, I could not be more pleased, and I have money in the bank. The one big fire we had, 18 days ago, close, is 67% contained. There are over 80 fires in central Oregon, lightning fires. There are Europe fires are horrific

Morning BlueSky Peeps, living in my new home 2 months. Non stop work, but finally have my landscaping done. It's low maintenance, rock , no lawns ( sold my house for that reason). Pots all drip, fire wise! With the horrible fires I our state, the only way to go!

Yes, we had almost no snow, which in the past stayed until late June. Everything is extremely dry. This was caused by a car that crashed into a pole. It's in a rural area, but homes up there

The Evans Creek Fire is now 3600 Acres, largest in the state. Smoky days, possible thunderstorms today so firefighters are struggling to get containment. Long summer ahead 🙁
