One of my medical providers has a preferred language option, which is great, but the options are surprisingly expansive.

“What was that all about?” Bronn asked, interrupting any self-deprecating responses Brienne could make.

“We turned down an invitation to an elite celebrity party.”

Bronn stared at him, shifted his disbelieving eyes to Brienne and then back to Jaime again. “Why didn't you let me go if you didn't want it?”

“Because you have to get up early Monday to help pack everything back up. We did you a favor,” Jaime said, clapping him on the back. “Come on, Brienne needs to get ready for free practice and I want to talk to you about these power unit numbers.”

In our school district, kids get laptops instead of text books, which is great since textbooks are heavy af. But it means we’re losing the old ways. The kids don’t remember what wrapping your books was like at all.
