So, as a surfer, I've always been fit. I recently decided to clean up my diet - Only fruit in the AM's, a wrap for lunch, and whatever for dinner. I don't snack, and I haven't changed my alcohol intake, and I've been doing lightweight training twice a week. 12 months ago, I weighed 73kgs, and now..
