Often the cast does the heavy lifting keeping you invested but Dawntrail fails to utilise its' cast properly. 000

Endwalker was super long but it was also the end of the story arc so that made sense, and it wrapped up a lot. Dawntrail is a slog of nothing until the final 2 areas. 110

I don't remember if we had any Scots or Welsh like in Xenoblade, but I do remember really liking Cid, Charon and Gav. Gav is an amazing FF character name. 110

I adore the Xenoblade Chronicles dubs for being more diverse with this. Eunie just sounds like a real person I'd overhear going down the street. 230

The demo set up such an interesting story and world, I was prepared to get invested in these characters and their journey. Then the most interesting parts were resolved within 10 hours. Rebirth was a breath of fresh air after that. 100

Beat the first game last week and I beat most of that by bruteforce (especially with the all-terrain skeleton) and other players' structures. 110
