An edited photo of a seagull taking a rest on a service vent on the roof of a neighboring building. The photo uses 3:4 ratio slanted 4x8 pattern pixel grid. The color scheme uses 9 colors: GBC $B0. I used some additional edits to create a top and bottom letterboxing as well as a distortion on the right. The right also took a huge influence from the brief pixel sorting to appear as some sort of audiometer. RGB shifting was used.
