I think Jack Smith has earned it. I thought for sure in 2021 Biden was going to put Sally Yates in as AG. Yates would have definitely prosecuted Trump immediately on the 10 slam dunk Obstruction charges from the Mueller Report putting him in jail by 2022. Why Garland never did was a huge mistake.

I just get the feeling Jack Smith new exactly where Eric (I Shit Myself) Schmitt was going and Smith just let it play out, giving Schmitt more rope to hang hmself, as he knew in the end he would be vindicated and Schmitt would come off looking like a real asshole. With Court Rulings & being within the 90 days of the election, all state voting rules will remain intact. Postal ballots will be mailed out with no change in their delivery process & returned by voters. ANYONE who tries to prevent/disrupt the current process will face serious state & federal charges
