I also write little blurbs about the previous session in our Discord events.

Discord Event: "The Return of Skyrim Ball Z"
Event description (in all caps):
Last time on Skyrim Ball Z:

The party encounters a dangerous foe by the name of Count von Count and his cohort, Elmo. After the deaths of two of their party members—Zov and Thorn—our champions were able to vanquish this counting menace, only to find out that it wasn't the Count at all! Instead, a dead Khajiit merchant had been used as a vessel to mimic the Count's appearance and abilities!

The party, battered and two members down, found a mysterious note on the Khajiit's corpse from someone going by "M.N." The note detailed a plan for the Count to seize "the prophecy" from the party and hand it over to please their master!

With High Queen Elisif's summons looming on the horizon, what will the party do next? Will they head straight to Solitude or take some time to lick their wounds?

Find out soon on Skyrim Ball Z!

For reference, here's my Teio. I didn't get half of the skills I wanted or max speed. In fact, this was my best Teio run out of many failed attempts. She still somehow won against this Golshi. Acceleration skills go hard.

She won 12 out of 16 races. Her accolades include the Japan Cup, the Tenno Sho (Autumn), and the Yasuda Kinen.

My very first run with Maruzen ended with an A rank! The full Classic Triple Crown isn't even part of her goals, but I went for it anyway because she deserves it. How are you gonna do two of the three Triple Crown races but not do the Kikuka Sho? Nah, she can do it all! 13 G1 races, 100% winrate!

Umamusume Career run with Maruzensky, achieving an A rank with a rating of 10,162 on my very first run with her ever! She won 15 out of 15 races. Her accolades include the Classic Triple Crown, the Arima Kinen (twice), and the Japanese Derby, among many other G1 races.

Despite doing a ton of extra races, my Maruzen still ended with SS in speed, and her Mile aptitude increased to S over the course of the run as well!

Okay, now you're just laying it on thick with the song references. Not that I mind, though. In fact, keep 'em coming!

Maruzensky and Special Week stand next to an illuminated walkway at night.
Maruzensky, to Special Week: C'mon! Pump your fist in the air and sing the words, "Don't you... forget about me!" (music note)

Is that a Backstreet Boys reference in MY horse game? You can't get that one past me. I see you, writers.

Maruzensky: What's this one say? "I love your singing, Maruzensky! You are my fire!"
Maruzensky: It's like they're saying I'm their one desire! (music note) I'm so happy they enjoyed my concert!

A rank with Teio! It went fairly smoothly throughout even if she didn't get 1st place in two of the three Triple Crown races. Maxed out speed on her as well.

Umamusume Career run with Tokai Teio, achieving an A rank with a rating of 10,791. She won 9 out of 11 races. Her accolades include the Arima Kinen, Japan Cup, and Japanese Derby.

Maxed out speed Teio with S in both Turf and Long!

Forgot to post this earlier. Got another A rank, this time with Kaichou! I didn't get her "eight crowns" in this run, but I did earn nine in a previous run with her that made it to B+. Trash sparks, don't ask.

Umamusume Career run with Symboli Rudolf (KAICHOU!), achieving an A rank with a rating of 10,172. She won 12 out of 14 races. Her accolades include the Classic Triple Crown, the Arima Kinen, and the Japan Cup.

010

Popo~! @screenflare.bsky.social · 03/07/2025

A RANK! I had an absolutely cracked run with Vodka! Summer camp went hard with a speed training that gave me +100 speed and +49 power! I reached the current Speed cap!

Umamusume Career run with Vodka, achieving an A rank with a rating of 10,695! She won 9 out of 13 races. Her accolades include the Japanese Derby, Tenno Sho (Autumn), and Yasuda Kinen.

My Vodka's stat sheet. WE MAXED OUT SPEED, BABY!
1200 SPEED, 520 Stamina, 761 Power, 333 Guts, 659 Wit

Popo~! @screenflare.bsky.social · 03/07/2025

I'm actually mad that this run went so well despite everything Golshi did to troll the everloving shit out of me throughout it. I'll admit it. She got me.

Umamusume Career run with Gold Ship, achieving a rank of B+ with a rating of 9,182. She won 12 out of 12 races, and I didn't even use an alarm clock. Her gracious and wondrous accolades include the Tenno Sweep, the Dual Grand Prix, and the Arima Kinen. Thank you, Golshi. Now, get out of my sight!

110

Popo~! @screenflare.bsky.social · 02/07/2025

Another B+ run right after the last one! Again, I got plagued with a bad start. Lost the Make Debut BADLY (got trapped in a pack), received Night Owl from resting, failed to get rid of it at a shrine visit, and lost a race to get enough fans for my second goal for the same reason as the Make Debut.

Umamusume Career run with Symboli Rudolf (KAICHOU!), achieving a B+ with a rating of 9,612. She won 12 out of 14 races. Her accolades include the Classic Triple Crown, the Arima Kinen (twice), and the Japan Cup, among others.

110

Popo~! @screenflare.bsky.social · 02/07/2025

Finally got a B+ run! Could easily have been an A if I hadn't gotten screwed by events early on in the run, but it is what it is. Relatively bad sparks as well. I'm just happy with the B+! Oh, and the utter domination in races after I got over that initial bad events hump.

Umamusume Career run with Mayano Top Gun, achieving a B+ with a rating of 9,141. She had 11 wins out of 15 races. Her accolades include the Senior Autumn Triple Crown, the Tenno Sweep, and the Dual Grand Prix.

So, I'd say my Team Trials are going pretty well right now. To be fair, I was in the top 1% of players (around 2,800th place) the first week as well. Just didn't get a screenshot of it because I had expected there to be a leaderboard after the ranking was finished. There was not.

Umamusume Team Trials Class 2 Progress:
Currently 1,042nd in Class 2 with 241,144 points.
The current promotion line is at 144,565 points.

Gold Ship career run in Umamusume Pretty Derby. Achieved rank B with a rating of 7,307. Won 12 out of 14 races and got the TENNO SWEEP and DUAL GRAND PRIX!

Had a nice run with Spe-chan earlier despite my summer training getting messed up both years. Loved clicking the training button that gave me an increase of 72 to my stats all at once.

Special Week career run in Umamusume Pretty Derby. Achieved a B rank with a rating of 7,411. She had 12 races and won 9 of them.
