January 2025 was the worst month ever for my mental health. Shit kept happening left and right to the point if not for my friends and support group, I'd be 6 feet under or my ashes scattered somewhere. Today is the end of that, starting with hitting the gym consistently.

I have the utmost respect for people in the medical field. visiting my grandfather in the hospital is such an emotional and eye-opening experience. I can't imagine doing this as a profession. hats off to anyone in the field. I can't imagine how 2020 must have been.
