I really need to listen to more of Then Comes Silence. I listened to a bunch of their album Machine... from 2020. This song is from 2015... and there's at least five more albums of theirs I haven't given a listen to. It's great catching up on new music, but so tempting to listen to repeats

Getting over my crippling anxiety of singing by recording a cover of a punk song by a Belgian post-punk group from Bruges... That's healthy behaviour, right?

You could go to a grocery store in any major city in Australia and probably find a bag of flour (or pancake mix, or brownie mix) with my family history written on the side.

I recently bought one of those automatic pet feeders and it pleases me to no end you can still buy those "program it like a vcr" smart machines and not the "oh hey there's a camera that knows your pets name" machines.

I don't post enough of my stuff... partially because of confidence issues, and also because this year has been where I hide from most algorithms for my mental health. Anyway, here's some Siouxsie.

Well. There's a little echidna in my backyard... wildlife rescue refuse to move them when they're not injured (they're famously hard to move apparently) If it's a male, they'll wander off. A female with eggs? We're looking at a couple of months worth of backyard echidna time
