Pushing myself to try new lighting (set ups and modifiers). This shot is backlit with two gridded strip lights and then I've used a Godox ML60 fitted with the Fresnel modifier. It's not quite the Vintage Hollywood I was going for, but I do love the result. #photo #portrait #fresnel #studio

Longest time I've had with a model in a while. Still finding my way back in, thank God for models like Kaya and organisers like @ilusphotography.bsky.social #photography #studioshoot #photograph #photographer #modelphotography #glamour

The Nikon F100 in action again. This was a fun shoot, two models in an abandoned house. Organised by @ilusphotography.bsky.social #photography #filmphotography #nikonF100 #ukmodel #ukphotographer

Another ballet shot with Boou. This was set up with help of a friend's digital SLR for a test shot. I then shot on a Nikon F100 and some T-Max film #filmphotography #nikonF100 #dance #ballet #photography #ukphotographer #frenchmodel

BlueSky is lighting up my feed with some pretty damn good art nude stuff. It's so amazing that Instagram have already blocked it, and it's not even posted there!!!!

Finally found the settings so “adult” photos are showing! 🙌 Default settings are hiding everything! It must be done in web version not in the app

I love the Mamiya645, here working with Fuji 400H (RIP), sunlight through a door, and a cute redhead. (2019) #fuji400H #mamiya645 #filmphotography #photography #portrait #redhead #beauty #ukphotographer

@bsky.app Another little gripe. I'm following predominantly photographers. I am muting most political stuff I see, as I have no desire to see it. So why, when I go to my suggested people to watch, is it nothing but political commenters, and not one photographer. Something to work on?

Thanks to @jhphotography.bsky.social for putting together the photographer starter packs. Now I can hopefully drown out all the bleating from the Americans about the election and how bad Twitter was.

Liverpools Albert Dock. My happy place, I remember as a kid watching it rise up from the ashes. Now it is such a great place. #liverpool #photograph #AlbertDock #icecreamvan #fujiXT1

Keswick in the Lake District, what feel like an eternity ago. Think it was 2016? A Fuji X-T1 photo, love dthat camera, it's why I now shoot with an X-T5, despite dipping my toe in the Nikon Waters. #fujiXseries #landscapes #lakedistrict #keswick #cumbria #uk #photography #landscapephotograph

Paula, who I shot with a few times. After three hours on a solo shoot in Regents Park we somehow wound up at Abby Road; I may have told a little white lie that it wasn't far. I'm now convinced I am the reason she doesn't model anymore lol. #photoshoot #modelshoot #locationshoot #ukphotographer

Cobra Kai is an example of TV show forgetting where it came from. I loved it at the start, but the current crop of episodes left me thinking "End already!!!" The massive chaotic brawl involving a bunch of characters I didn't really care about, leading to the death of a character I had no empathy for
