Can the Duo replace my 13 mini? I dunno, I'll have to hold it and test it. My rough sketch makes me think it's too wide to fit into a front trouser pocket?
Photograph side-by-side comparison of what the size of the new iPhone duo looks like compared to an iPhone 13 mini. The duo is wider but shorter than the 13 mini.

Good gravy! I’m curious how much the 128GB was with my M1 Ultra. I’ll have to look when I’m back in the country.
This is a screenshot from the Apple Store of memory selection between 96 GB included or 256 GB for an additional $4000

@steipete just opened YouTube on my AppleTV and was met with this. I had to walk over to the TV to read it 😆.
A photograph of a social media post by Peter Steinberger in a YouTube ad on a TV that says “Did some statistics. My productivity doubled with moving from Claude Code to Codex.”

Consistent. (btw Xcode 6.3 supported Swift 1.2 which allowed `if let` to unwrap multiple optionals at once. I remember being excited about that. Simpler times.) #swift
Screenshot of a Slack message from 10 years ago: "So Xcode 6.3 requires Yosemite; I knew the day would come when l'd have to upgrade. Thought I had more time!" And then one from today (April 18 2025) that says the same thing, replacing Xcode 6.3 with 16.3 and Yosemite with Sequoia.

As wife and I started today's NYT crossword I jokingly asked if she put a "special birthday message" in it for me. And then this happened.
