Three weeks ago I paid $2.79 for gas. Today it’s $3.29. I know many of you are paying much higher prices for years, but that’s a 17.9% jump here in middle America. That’s on top of the 10.3% increase from Jan 2025 to Jan 2026 (WalletHub 2/26). Winging it seems to be national policy.
