So suddenly one could be here living life like just another day, then they’re gone. You’ll be remembered, my brother.

RIP PAC. I never had the pleasure of sharing a ring with him, but PAC and I we were on plenty of shows together. He was always kind and soft spoken from what I remember. This one is a huge shock as he was so young, 4-5 years younger than me. Hearing he had wrestled just the night before is…haunting.

Also, very timely with us doing a Filipino folklore coloring book. Some mythology I knew and some I learned as we’ve been doing this project, but it was so cool to see so many of them come to life on the big screen.

Saw #ForgottenIsland w/ some of the @FilAmCreatorCon crew @AaronNabus and Alicia! This movie is about Filipino culture, life, legend and it was awesome. Beautiful animation mixed w/ good laughs and touching scenes. Highly recommended!

The second horror sticker I went with for @flagstaffcreepycon is Art from Terrifier. I went with mostly the classics for this first set, but he is definitely having a moment and wanted to make sure I had something for the Terrifier crowd out there. #Terrifier #FlagstaffCreepyCon #Horror #Stickers

Having flowers and plants fading from lively to dead was always the plan, but I didn’t want the vegetation to be random. I made sure it was all found in the Philippines. www.kickstarter.com/projects/fil... #FilipinoFolklore #FilipinoMythology #ColoringBook #FilipinoColoringBook

Research is always good when putting together an image. I wanted my #Aswang piece to be informed, creative, beautiful, horrific, and layered. I also wanted it to be calm. After trying a few layouts that were more energetic, it just wasn’t what I was looking for.

#SDCC Preshow #Commissions 12&13: #Odo and #Quark from #DeepSpaceNine While I was TNG guy, DS9 was pretty awesome for other reasons. It was a more grounded in the day to day minutia and took a little shine off the federations perfect image. These were two of my favorites from the series hands down.

#SDCC Preshow #Commission 11: Sexy Savageland Cyclops! These I’m doing for $50, 5x7” & have 4 slots available. I’m caught up on all preshow and have free time to take on a few more. I take my time on these when I do them from home; as opposed to at shows where it’s like pure chaos. #ScottLost #XMen

#SDCC Preshow #commission 9: Aeryn Sun! I normally don’t take likeness commissions, but I thought the actress had a unique profile and wanted to give it a go. I can take on 3 more $30 watercolor profile commissions on 4.5x6” or $50 bust shots on 5x7”. DM me if interested. #ScottLost #AerynSun

SDCC Preshow commission 5: Hobbes from #CalvinAndHobbes! There hasn’t been a character in these commissions that I’ve drawn before, but I quite enjoy the cartoony ones. It allows me to be more expressive with my lines. 1 spot left at $30 on 4.5”x6” watercolor paper No portraits/likenesses please

I didn’t think there was a bad performance in the bunch. The script/story could have been adjusted a bit, but that would be my only criticism. Don’t listen to online commentary, go watch it and make your own opinion!
