“Long COVID has measurable biology — persistent antigen, immune dysregulation, chronic inflammation. Reporting that ignores the evidence-based science isn't balanced, and it needs to be corrected.” Thank you for your critical work and your support, @drinflammation.bsky.social!

I wrote about an (informal) memorial I made in a burn scar that killed 1.3 million Joshua trees, nearly the same “official” U.S. death toll of the pandemic. Now, I plant the yuccas in remembrance of those who died of Long COVID and ME 🪾🪏 thesicktimes.org/2026/09/08/w...

Fair and responsible journalism matters. Reporting on these conditions can have very real and damaging consequences, influencing how people are seen, believed and treated.

Journalists have a responsibility to get the facts right, to properly represent the evidence & to make clear when something is opinion rather than established fact. That really shouldn’t be too much to ask.

I joined BlueSky because X is owned by a trillionaire; it is appalling that a trillionaire even exists in a world with so much unnecessary suffering.
