Spicy Bunny t-shirt design available now in my shop (Link in bio). This started out as a doodle on my wife's take away box (she loves extra-spicy food) and seemed like it would be fun to do a completed version. #clipstudiopaint #spicybunny #tshirt

I just completed a six-month mentorship with art director Giuseppe Casteliano, and am now a proud alum of The Illustration Department! I’d been wanting to challenge myself in a more focused way for quite awhile, and this mentorship really helped. #kidlitart #picturebook #childrensillustration

I’ve been doing a mentorship with The Illustration Department, so I’m finishing up a fun spread for my portfolio, then making some revisions to a picture book manuscript so I can get feedback and guidance on next steps.

Read my post again. I never called your image ai slop.

Scott DuBar @scottdubar.bsky.social · 23/05/2026

It looks like someone copied a photo as closely as possible, a common practice among many aspiring artists that has never been of much value. It’s now made even less valuable since ai slop can do the same thing.

Oh, yeah, my mom had a whole room as well. The special chair lived in that room and was the most special not-to-be-touched thing in there. I usually just banged on her piano in there whenever she was out of the house. The chair was way too risky! 😂
