Less than 24 hours before a winner-take-all Game 3 in Las Vegas, there's still no word from the WNBA on possible discipline for A'ja Wilson or Aces teammates. The rule book raises questions. Sophie Cunningham weighed in, too. www.fieldhousefiles.com/p/aja-wilson...

Will the WNBA discipline A’ja Wilson or Aces players after Game 2 incident?
Less than 24 hours before Game 3 in Las Vegas, the league has yet to address whether Wilson entering the first row — or teammates leaving the bench — warrants additional discipline.

Caitlin Clark had waited 897 days since draft night for a home playoff game in Indianapolis. When it finally came, she put on a show — 27 points, 15 assists, five 3s and all the fire you’d expect with the season on the line. STORY www.fieldhousefiles.com/p/caitlin-cl...

Caitlin Clark was brilliant, the Fever responded with an edge and urgency they lacked in Game 1, and their Big Three combined for 75 points. Now the series will be decided Thursday night in Las Vegas. www.fieldhousefiles.com/p/caitlin-cl...

Caitlin Clark brings the fire as Fever extend their season
Clark set the tone with her feistiness — along with 27 points and 15 assists as Indiana responded with the competitive edge it lacked in Game 1, beating Las Vegas 99-89 to extend its season.

Fever beat the Aces 99-89 to even the series at 1-1 — and force a decisive Game 3 Thursday in Las Vegas. IND Big Three combined for 75pts after 45 in Game 1. And they owned the paint. Caitlin Clark was terrific (27-7-15) and everyone played their role. Jackie Young scored 31pts

That's foul No. 6 on Caitlin Clark. She fouls out with 2:45 to go. 27pts, 15asts, 7rebs — which leads her team in each category.

A'ja Wilson and many of her teammates went courtside near fans on the baseline after she didn't like something she heard. She later appeared to tell an official, "I want him out." Delay now for review of foul on Cunningham.

Good timeout here by White. Aces scored on their first four possessions of the 4th, including a pairs of 3s. The Fever's lead has been cut to 5. Will the Aces get A'ja Wilson going? She only has three FGs. It's been Indiana's own Jackie Young leading the way (25pts).

Indiana has dictated how this game is played since the first few minutes. And they're winning despite only five 3s (to LV's 6). The difference: 46-18 advantage in paint points. Significant.

Fever, who only led by 2pts in Game 1, have grown their lead to 11. They've held the Aces to just four points in the first 5mins of the 3Q. Great energy + noise from the crowd at The Fieldhouse.

For as much as we're talking about her scoring and passing, Caitlin Clark also leads the Fever in rebounding with 6. Timpson, Hull, and Johnson have each productive in their minutes. Fever went back to a small lineup a few minutes into the half, Cunningham for Timpson.

Fever went small, pushed the pace, and turned the Aces over. When the offense was humming, it fueled their defense. 46.7% of their points (14/30) in the second quarter came from turnovers.

Fever up 48-43 on the Aces at half. Used a 24-6 run to take their largest lead of the series. Forced 8 LV turnovers in the 2Q while outscoring them 30-17. Caitlin Clark already has a 14/11a double-double. Raven Johnson (6pts) beats the buzzer with a floater.

Fever have stormed back, taking a 40-39 lead via a 18-6 run after they trailed by 11. Late 2Q. We're seeing Caitlin Clark, the competitor, at her best. And it's contagious.

Caitlin Clark didn't like how it was called in Game 1, and she's not going to tolerate it in Game 2. Just picked up a technical foul 90s into the second quarter. She's been fiery (good!) — and on point with her passes.

Fever trailing the Aces 26-18 after 1. But they came out with a MUCH better fight, edge and tenacity. Left too many points on the board with missed layups; seven of them. Chelsea Gray leads all with 8pts and she's the best in the league at anticipating where Clark's passing.

A lot better activity level + movement by the Fever offense. Looking for quick-trigger 3s, but also getting good looks off dribble penetration. Back and forth so far, just like Game 1

Fever lose Game 1 of the best-of-3 series 102-85 in Las Vegas. Third time in four games they were outplayed. Aces took control in the middle of the 2nd — and never looked back. Led by 27. Wilson with a dominant 38/16. Clark had 15/10a, Boston with 18/8. Next: G2 Tue. in Indy

That should do it for good. Aces with a 9-2 burst to grow their lead to 22. < 6mins left. Nothing has went right for the Fever in Game 1. They're also not going to like being called for 23 fouls compared to just 14 for the Aces. Zero IND FTAs in the second half.

A'ja Wilson is playing like the best player in the WNBA. Makes a 3-pointer, then comes down and drills a contested jumper. She's up to 30 points and 14 rebounds. Aces have pulled ahead by 23pts, late 3Q.

Just 10 points combined in the first 5mins of the second half, and the Fever only have 3. From a Boston 3-pointer. 1 for 10 start.

Stephanie White using her challenge 1:39 into the second half. Lexie Hull stood her ground and was run over by Wilson. Call went against Hull. White stormed out, called timeout. Not sure how, in any way, that could be on Hull. Call stands. Wow.

Aces leading 62-47 at the half, outscoring the Fever 26-11 over the final 7m. A'ja Wilson dictated play: 22pts on 9/11 shooting, sinking mid-range jumpers & layups. And then she's been strong defensively. Clark and Boston have 10pts. Fever need resistance defensively.

The All-Star duo of Wilson (13) and Gray (12) are having their way for Vegas. They're a combined 10 for 12. Already six ties and five lead changes.

Back-to-back 3s from Cunningham, fed to her from Clark in transition, badly needed after Aces' 10-0 run. Aces having early success in their half-court offense with attacks and cuts.

Backup center Mercedes Russell is the Fever's first sub, spelling Boston midway into the 1Q. It's been a fast, physical start. Six called fouls. Game tied at 12.
