Sainte-Chapelle, Île de la Cité, Paris. A breathtaking jewel of Gothic architecture with stained-glass windows which create dazzling walls of light. Built 1242-1248. 📷 by me www.sainte-chapelle.fr/en/discover/... #StainedGlassSunday
My wide angle photo shows Sainte-Chappelle Upper Chapel. The rib vault ceiling is painted dark blue with gold stars to resemble the night sky and heavens, and fifteen stained glass windows create dazzling walls of light.

Thread for those new to BlueSky. First of all, welcome. It feels like a safer space, doesn’t it? But also perhaps a bit disorienting initially? Here’s some tips for getting your bearings.

Dear Blueskyers: I am finding it rather nice here. Can anyone please tell me the best way to search out various starter packs? Looking for mostly for journalist to cover law and politics. But I’ll also take a good set on sports and cute puppies!
