This is wrong. Causing death while driving should be punished by a lifetime loss of the privilege of driving on the roads. [It would need a VERY brave government, with a mahoosive majority, to have any chance of this happening 😒]

'Earning' a driving licence gives one the privilege to drive on our roads. This privilege can, like all privileges, be revoked. The current situation/perception seems to be that this privilege is actually an 'entitlement' and therefore 'will/must' be restored at a later date.

Our local neighbourhood WassApp group has been encouraging people to clear the pavements in front of their houses... ...except for those concerned for the 'pollinators' who "might lose their habitats". Why said pollinators should choose the pavements over the many large gardens escapes me. 🤔

BHS, Debenhams, M&S food, Boots, Waterstone's bookshop, Baxters were all there at the start. OT really died when BHS and Debenhams closed, with M&S food and the rest following. Only Boots still there.

I then saw the kestrel eating it - all calm and unhurried...until it was so stuffed it had to walk slowly to the 'safety' of the bushes behind. It couldn't go far, as there is a 10ft wall on one side, a 6ft wooden fence behind with no access under it.
