Intro
The administrative staff of deskGen.net is happy to announce the deskGen.net community remix event! Take this opportunity to put your own spin on some artworks from the members of desktopGeneration.

You'll be given assets, layers, and project files from various different desktopGeneration artworks. Then, for the next month, you’ll be able to work on and submit your remix artwork. After a community vote, the three most popular entries will be crowned the winners.

Rules
- Remix artworks must be submitted to the Remix Contest thread on deskGen.net by September 18th, 2026. The following week, deskGen.net users will be allowed to vote for their favorite submissions, after which the winners will be announced on September 25th.
- Entries must be wholly created by the participant to qualify, excluding the use of assets provided for the contest.
- All participants must have an active and valid (that is, not banned)
deskGen.net account.
- When posting a remix artwork on your own socials, the original creators of all assets used must be properly credited.
- While desktopGeneration members may create remix artworks for the contest, their entries will not be included in the community vote.
- Only one submission per person can be entered into the community vote.

Prizes
- Winning artworks will be featured on all desktopGeneration social media channels, with appropriate credit.
- Winners will receive 1,000,000 forum gold on deskGen.net.

Guidelines
- Submissions should include assets from at most one original artwork.
- Submissions may include additional elements of any kind, as long as the resulting remix artwork clearly references the original.
