“The great thing about reading an actual book is that you don’t have to deal with ads.” Rrriiiiiiiiiiiiight. Recently bought a copy of “Cyborg”, the book that was the basis for “The $6 Million Man.” Bound into the pages I found an ad for cigarettes, and an ad for whiskey. It was printed in 1972.

Spent 6 years at Pacific Science Center engaging with #science deniers about #ClimateChange, #vaccines, evolution, #GMO foods, “alternative” medicine, and even 1 Flat-Earther. Without fail, no matter how calm and civil I was, they got loud, hostile and stormed off. However, not all were Rightwing.

Oh, that’s great that it’s still operating. It was closed a good bit of the early 90’s, when I lived there. Henrico Theater, in Highland Springs, is still open, but it’s a live stage venue now. And where the Airport Drive-In that was off Williamsburg Rd, there’s now an Arby’s.
