Ah, what did I just watch? How to describe it? Take “Twin Peaks”, make it a dark comedy, maybe even a bit more quirky, very Aussie and very queer and you have Deadloch. There’s Kevin the seal & don’t get me started on the choir 😂. FYI I’m hooked after the first episode. #SapphicFiction #lesfic

Very chill tonight. My favorite.Listening to Melissa Etheridge, reading a great lesfic romance, “Speak Low” by Lynn Galli, drinking Market Spice Tea, with my cat, Schrödinger, on my lap. So do I know how to a Saturday night or what?😺 #lesfic #SapphicFiction #MelissaEtheridge

One of the coping mechanisms that has helped me process this dumpster fire has been FAFO videos. Yes, it’s schadenfreude, and it has been earned www.tiktok.com/t/ZP8Lg1jHN/

I loved Jonny Quest as a kid. It was later I started wondering about Benton & Race. Apparently, it was acknowledged with a wink & nudge, even hints from other characters. Makes me love it more.

I have faced fascism before, in this very country. I was one of 120,000 Japanese Americans summarily rounded up and expelled from our homes at gunpoint, all for the crime of looking like the people who bombed Pearl Harbor. I spent my childhood behind barbed wire. My parents lost everything. 1/
