The boy grew quickly familiar with the planes of Hell and its residents. They would whisper about what he might become, what the Devil's intention was with him. They didn't know there was no plan. No grand design. No ultimate motivation. #lore #devilcontract #storytelling #originalcharacter #devil

illustration of a boy sitting huddled in the dark, closing his eyes and trying to shut out the mass of eyes that are engulfing and watching him

I‘m really diggin the way my drawing hand evolves.Like I‘m finally settling into my distinctive corner. Anyways, more Allan, and doberman are so fun to draw. I should draw more animals, hehe #ocart #originalcharacter #doggo #chilling #characterdesign #clipstudio #fantasy #digitalart

Digital painting of my oc Allan sitting on the floor, legs crossed, propped on one arm while the other wraps around a large doberman sitting next to him.

bro's had a massive glow up

Side to side comparison of 3 drawings of The Prodigy from Ayreon's "The Theory of Everything".
First, a finished drawing from 2021, where the character, a child with long black hair and huge blue eyes is sitting down with his legs crossed, looking up.
Under that, a sketch of the same character with the same appearance in blue colored pencil, he has no clear expression.
To the right, a portrait of the character, entirely redesigned, from 2025. He has shorter hair but longer bits still peek from behind. He has no expression or glow in his eyes.

And we‘re off! The #candlelitmessenger is ready for his mission. Whenever I tried doing an #inktober comic, I was quickly overwhelmed with making it up on the spot, so I changed that up a bit. Will it be less stressful? X Doubt. #inktober25 #drawtober #inking #storytelling #comicart #comiccover

I thought in the coming weeks I’d tell you a bit more about my projects 🩸DYK A dark fantasy story ⭐️ SF More of a classic, lighthearted fantasy 💐 T&V Basically a pretext to have fun with two chaotic tieflings and their long-suffering mentor who really just wants to have the house to himself again.

Art Fight revenge for @schmidtmatdt.bsky.social !

Illustration of a character named Allan. He's emerging from a big diamond shape though we don't see his left leg, only his right, which is flexed. He has a very confident expression as he seems to be using some kind of magic, which is coming from the grimoire he's holding with his right hand. The power manifests in a trace of light that swirls around him and leads to his left hand, where the trace transforms into a star. He's wearing very classy looking wizard robes.

If you see this, post your green art 💚 Picked this one because it feels on brand with Emily's amazing work! Also it fits with #MerMay.

An ink and watercolour painting of an undead mermaid, her scales and fins rotting and exposing the bones underneath. She holds a trident and is flanked by kelp, a moray eel, and other fish.
This painting was made up on the spot without any planning or pencils and painted live on twitch in 2020.

Happy #webcomicday! Mine and @lindarrow.bsky.social's comic Shaderunners has been going strong for almost ten years, and we're finally nearing the end of the story! If you like the Jazz Age, heists, messy characters, queer romances and anti-capitalist themes, you might like it! 🍸 Shaderunners.com 🍸

A promotional illustration of the characters from the webcomic Shaderunners, framed by a black border with the title of the comic at the top and a tagline at the bottom which reads: "Colour barons robbed by underworld thieves!". The characters are drinking, smoking and dancing at a bar, rendered in monochrome sepia tones while their drinks are colourful and glowing.

A comic page from the webcomic Shaderunners. In it, Domigo and Ezra sit in an opera box, and Domigo impulsively leans in for a kiss.

A comic page from the webcomic Shaderunners. In it, Ezra is sitting at the bar of the Shadery, smoking a cigarette. Easton enters the frame pulling at a loose button in Ezra's shirt, teasing him for it.
