going to try to do these to get better at designing & speed up my process (slow as hell) (also trying out a new shading style that's faster). also will probably stick to humanoid designs unless I have absolutely no time in which you will get. Creature

Days 1-4 of ConceptCore's september challenge #characterdesignㅤ #art

A character illustration for ConceptCore's September 2026 Design Challenge, with the Day 1 focus being a Tree Frog. This character is posed while in movement, their cloak flowing around them, as they share intensely at the viewer, smiling. They have a collection of small floating orb creatures that they seem to be using as weapons.

A character illustration for ConceptCore's September 2026 Design Challenge, with the Day 2 focus being a Blue Coral Fungus. This character is staring straight at the viewer with a neutral expression, looking down. They have many blue horns erupting from their head, with hair wrapped around their horns and head in an elaborate manner. Four of their arms are outstretched in an elegant pose, and two arms are held in front of them.

A character illustration for ConceptCore's September 2026 Design Challenge, with the Day 3 focus being a Skull Ring. This entity is cloaked in shreds of jade cloth, with many grey and white hands emerging from underneath, all wrapping around where a head would normally be on a humanoid figure. There are two curved metal bands that float around the bottom half of the figure, and many metal panels float behind the figure in a circular formation.

hey apo, maybe not the best person to target with this ability of yours #PantheonSMP #legundofanart #apokunafanart #art #mcyt

A halfbody sketch illustration of Apokuna and Nikos (Legundo) from Pantheon SMP, where Nikos is transformed physically into Scott in Episode 2 of the series. Apo stands firm with a neutral, apathetic expression, remaining steady in the face of Nikos' rage, who is livid at being forced into a body that is not his own. Nikos' face is contorted into a sneer as small lightning sparks come out of his/Scott's cloud hair, and a dark aura emanates from behind him, with thin traces of electricity sparking. His words on the right read: "MAKE IT STOP."

The last of the #expedition33 'Spontaneous' prompts! (From like, seven months ago. XD) This particular suggestion came from mon_ami_esquie on instagram! I also put 'em all together in one image, given that it's been a minute since I started 'em. ^^;

Drawing of Esquie and Monoco from Clair Obscur. Esquie is speaking to Monoco. Text in his word balloon reads: Why do you like feet so much, mon ami? Monoco, looking offended, replies: Why do you like rocks so much?!

Collection of previously posted Expedition 33 drawings.

More #Artfight atks! [Pt. 3/?] #artfight2026ㅤ #art 7. The Viscount - @maxximatics.bsky.social 8. Paolo & Dante - AhLivviio

An Artfight attack on Maxximatics of their oc, The Viscount. This attack is a shaded sketch fullbody illustration of The Viscount standing upright looking down at the viewer, with a wide grin on their face. Their left hand tightly clutches a bundle of wires and parts, as if they just tore it out of someone else. Their eye glows a bright red, and they're backlit but a red halo whose spokes extend to the edge of the canvas.

An Artfight attack on AhLiviio of their ocs, Paolo Emilio & Dante Navarez Ramoz. This attack is a shaded sketch fullbody illustration of both characters, as Paolo is mid-punch while sitting on top of Dante, who is sprawled on the ground. Dante props himself up with one arm, and holds out the other hand in front of him, trying to stop Paolo's advance. Paolo looks enraged, as his one clear eye is a bright green. His clothes have a rough texture, having weathered over time as his corpse has laid in the crypt for many years. An orange halo is behind Paolo's head, as green chains connect him to the ground.

Some #Artfight atks so far :] #artfight2026ㅤ #art 1. Enzo - Envi0usDesperad0 2. Dr. Molly Mollusk - rozwellincident 3. Catfly & Wolfdeer - plutosongs

An illustration of Enzo (Envi0usDesperad0). He stands with his back to the viewer, right hand holding a sword and his left holding a dagger. His left arm is raised in front of him in a defensive stance, covering the lower part of his face, highlighting his green eye. His jacket is lifted up slightly by wind to give a stronger silhouette.

A chibi illustration of Dr. Molly Mollusk (rozwellincident). She stands with one hand on her hip, her eye closed to represent a happy expression. Even without other facial features, she looks pleased.

A chibi illustration of Catfly & Wolfdeer (plutosongs). Catfly is mid-flight, hovering in front of Wolfdeer as they look at each other with smiles. Wolfdeer is mid step, half turned away from the viewer, with its large tail trailing behind on the ground.

i've obtained some new blorbos (resident evil edition) so you know what that means (grabbing them) #art #ResidentEvil #REBHfun #oc

A series of sketches depicting the artist (Schellis) holding small forms of Resident Evil characters as if they're plushies in various poses.

The top left sketch is of Schellis holding up a tiny Albert Wesker with one hand in the pose of someone showing off a large fish, as she smiles widely, small stars drawn around her face. Wesker looks unamused, with arms braced, attempting to get out of her loose grasp.

The top right sketch is of Schellis holding a tiny Leon Kennedy & Ada Wong in her arms as if she was holding a small animal, smiling with her eyes closed, two stars beside her face. Leon has a blank look of comfortable confusion as his arms hang over Schellis', and Ada seems amused at the situation, propping her head up with one hand.

The bottom sketch is of Schellis holding up a tiny Zeno in one hand as she rests her head on the other, eyes half lidded as she stares at him, knowingly. Zeno looks a bit nervous as she holds him, as even though her grip is loose, she's still holding him in place.

Sometimes, you can't help those who refuse to accept it. You did your best, Doc. #art #vampiressmpfanart #legundofanart #owengejuicetvfanart

A sketch illustration of Owen & Legundo from Vampires SMP. They're facing each other, each with pensive expressions. Owen's brows are furrowed with teeth slightly bared, staring at Legundo with a mix of anger and despair at Leg's desire to "help" him and refusing to accept the gift of vampirism. Legundo's brows are slightly furrowed but somewhat upturned, looking at Owen with a mix of concern and sadness, still holding onto that hope of helping Owen through his pain.

Their skin is freckled and their ears are long, and they have a fang poking out of their lips. Their hair is messy and has twigs and leaves poking out of it, and their throat has a swirling marking on it.

Schellis @schellis.bsky.social · 02/06/2026

Also a few hrs were probably just lot of tweaking small areas that probably could've been left alone but alas. Forever in the cycle of fussing around with a piece even though it's fine as it is (also gotta get better at not doing that as much)

Schellis @schellis.bsky.social · 02/06/2026

Tysm! I'm not sure exactly, I think about 10ish hrs based on how long my canvas was open? But that includes me staring at the canvas and also redoing my lineart halfway through bc I didn't realize that the axe was clipping through the cloak 😔. I def need to work on speeding up my process tho haha

A closeup of the full ULTRAKILL illustration, showing the revolver in V1's hand. There is some additional text above and below the revolver reading: "This gun took way too long to figure out" and" Piercer revolver my beloved <3"

A closeup of the full ULTRAKILL illustration, showing V1's torso and head. I wanted to show off a bit more detail around the head and chestplate, as the metal was very fun to render. :D

Bravo, V1! Onto the final layer, our Act's Conclusion. #art #ULTRAKILL

An illustration of V1 from ULTRAKILL. V1 stands on a stage in Fraud under a harsh, bright spotlight. The stage is mostly covered in shadow save from the dim glow of their wing panels. Behind are cardboard cutouts of the buildings of Fraud, arranged in a circle.

Their arms and legs are being held up with thin, translucent strings, where their body looks like it's being puppeted, having no control of their body as their head lolls forward. Their right arm grips the Piercer Revolver as they hold it high above their head. However, their left arm breaks free of its string, wrapping it around their palm several times as they grasp the strand tightly.

i gotta remember to trust the process more #art #WIP #ultrakill

A screenshot of a canvas open in Clip Studio Paint, showing a close up WIP image of V1 from ULTRAKILL. Their head is tilted forward so they look at the ground, as they stand unsteadily, being held up by translucent puppet strings. There is a small window on the left showing a wip of the piece with blocked out colors, and the main canvas is a cropped portion of a more rendered piece, focusing on V1's torso and three arms.
