Total agree. There may not be as many words, but I've badly misunderstood what happened on a comic page way more often than in a prose book. Parsing images is its own entire skill.

Is paramormal romance part of "romantasy"? If not, why not? If so, defend. I'm not sure I see a reason why Twilight shouldn't count as urban fantasy romantasy. It's defintiely a romance novel but with fantasy elements. Does romantasy have to be high/epic fantasy? Discuss!

I can be the smallest bit sympathetic to the prologue/epilogue thing but reading only dialog is BUCK WILD. What is even going on at that point. Radio plays exist if that's all you want!

Right? Granted, as a fantasy editor, I take prologues with a big grain of salt - a lot of the time people do put in a bunch of irrelevant exposition, or info that will come out during the story in a more satisfying way. But once it's made it through the editing process, it's part of the book!
