The intentionally hard-to-decipher stuff is cryptography and it's not a secret how it works, it's just mathematically really hard to reverse. Decompiling binaries isn't much of a security issue (as "security through obscurity" doesn't work anyway,) it's copyrights and licenses that clash with it.
