I put those ALDI beef barbacoa or carnitas in an instant pot. Cook it. Use it for whatever but the last days left I scoop some, add a can of pinto beans, can of fire roasted tomato sauce (THEY MAKE THIS NOW!!!) & a can of ROTEL. Instant chili made in like 10 minutes. EASY.
