He was also a practicer of "Ethical" necromancy, he offered free burial services for those who would give permission for their loved ones to be raised in service to the city and never raised an enemies corpse, even if it would have been of great benefit.

This is my Necromancer Wizard/Fighter Blaise, a Revenant who rose after being left for dead by his former adventuring party. In his downtime between missions for the Adventurers Guild he joined, he bought some land and opened a Graveyard which he tended religiously.
