Well it looks like I’m gonna be a “Him” (2025) apologist. I finally checked it out today. And I loved it. Not sure what movie everyone else saw. More hypermasculine horror please. It’s a unique niche that is very topical. Good times! Sorry, not sorry. 🤷‍♂️

Taking a look at Cynthia & Jordan of “It Feeds” (2025) a great film from @chadarchibald.bsky.social and what they have to teach us about the line between healing and hurting.

5 more days until my Martha’s Vineyard (aka Amityville Island) vacation. Can’t wait to bust these open on the island. So excited to watch Jaws on location for its 50th anniversary. 🦈 🖤🦈

Today I had the pleasure of realizing a dream to guest on a podcast! @macabredaily.bsky.social was kind enough to invite me to join them in sharing our top 5 Queer horror movies for Pride month. It will be online later this week. Meanwhile, how many of my 5 can you guess from these screenshots?

Having waited so long to see this…I was a bit let down unfortunately. Interesting concept. The characters didn’t really leave me invested in anyone.

It’s hard to make him out. But that little splotch at the bottom left is my son who wandered up to the front of the theater to get as close as possible to the screen while the credits rolled. So happy watching him fall in love with going to the movies. 🎥 ❤️ 🎥 #filmsky
